MISYON BANK ADOPTS CHAINLINK STANDARD ON AVAX TO POWER ONCHAIN DATA FEEDS AND PROOF OF RESERVE FOR TOKENIZED ASSETS

Misyon Bank, a leading innovator in Turkey’s digital finance sector, has officially adopted the Chainlink standard for onchain data feeds and Proof of Reserve mechanisms.

This landmark move introduces one of Turkey’s first crypto asset platforms featuring cryptographically verifiable onchain data, made possible through Chainlink Data Feeds and Proof of Reserve, all running on the Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE).

The integration empowers users to independently verify the reserves backing their digital assets and token price feeds, bolstering transparency and elevating investor confidence in Turkey’s rapidly expanding crypto space.

Evren Cantürk, CEO of Misyon Crypto, emphasized the significance of this development at the signing ceremony, stating, “We are crossing an important threshold for the security of digital assets and crypto investors in Turkey.”

He also added that “By integrating Chainlink infrastructure for verifiable data and onchain transparency, we are strengthening the foundation of our crypto asset ecosystem around technology, trust and transparency.”

Chainlink Labs’ Director of Business Development, David Fuchs, echoed this sentiment, highlighting Turkey’s leadership in crypto adoption across Europe.

“Our cooperation with Misyon Bank and its subsidiary Misyon Crypto is not only a technical integration; it is also an important step that will take the transaction experience for Turkish crypto investors to the next level,” he said.

Misyon Bank’s efforts in custody and platform banking have already positioned it as a major player in the new financial era.

With the launch of its crypto-focused arm, Misyon Crypto, and its regulatory listing by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey, the bank is strategically deepening its footprint in the digital asset economy, while aligning with global standards.
